A career financial services professional desired to launch a wealth management boutique to expand his service offerings and transition from a product to a consultative orientation. He needed assistance with rebranding, competitive positioning, training and marketing his new services.

  • Formulation of a marketing and re-launch strategy, including the authoring of prospecting letters and development of a referral program
